Move offshore with people who made the move.
All three partners are Canadians who built their lives and businesses in Grand Cayman. We help crypto founders, families and family offices relocate, structure and protect what they’ve built, with the Cayman Islands as a long-term base.
Why Cayman.
A stable base to live, hold and grow capital, an hour from the US and run on English common law.

For companies, we run it with you. For you, we help you move.
Our corporate work keeps your company where it is and runs its offshore side. This is the other half: helping you, your family and your capital actually make the move.
We’re not a relocation agency and we’re not your lawyers. We’re operators who did this ourselves, and we coordinate the advisors, banks and people that make it work, then stay on the island once you land.
What we help with
01
Relocation & residency
Choosing the right residency route, preparing the application and setting up day-to-day life: housing, schools, healthcare and the local relationships that make it work.
02
Holding & asset protection structures
Holding companies, trusts and foundations designed with operators’ judgment for digital and traditional assets, and put in place with leading Cayman legal and tax advisors.
03
Family office setup & governance
From the first entity to a board, investment policy and the people who run it, so the family office works the way a well-run company does.
04
Introductions that matter
Banking, crypto custody, legal, tax, real estate and schools: the partners we trust and use ourselves.
Who we work with
Crypto founders
After a token launch, an exit or a liquidity event, ready to put down roots and protect what they’ve built.
Families
Planning a move and the next generation: residency, schools, and structures that outlast the founder.
Family offices
Adding a Cayman base, or professionalizing how an existing office is governed and run.
Founders moving a team
Relocating leadership alongside the company, with the corporate side run by our other practice.
How a move works
01 · Talk
A private conversation with the partners about your family, assets and timeline.
02 · Plan
The residency route, the structure and the order things need to happen in.
03 · Move
Entities and banking set up, home and school sorted, advisors coordinated, arrival.
04 · Settle
Governance, ongoing introductions, and partners who live down the road.
Led by partners who live here.
Every move is led by one of the three partners, not handed to a junior team.

Questions
Do I need to live in Cayman full-time?
Not always. It depends on your goals and the residency route. We map the options with you, and with licensed advisors, in the first conversations.
Are you lawyers or tax advisors?
No. We’re operators. We design the plan and run the process, and structures are put in place with leading Cayman legal and tax firms we work with ourselves.
How long does a move take?
It depends on the route and on your structures. We give you a realistic timeline once we understand your situation.
Can you also run our company’s offshore entity?
Yes. That’s our corporate practice: resident directors, a fractional CEO or a full executive team for companies and funds.
